Pour ceux qui, comme moi, are not yet fully bilingual French / Breton:

Translation French

"We Britons of heart, true love our country!
The Arvor is renowned worldwide.
Fearless in the heart of the war, if our ancestors good
shed their blood for her.
Chorus:
O Britain, my country, I love my country
While the sea is like a wall around it.
Be free, my country!
The Britons are people hard and strong;
No nation under heaven is so strong;
Lament song sad or pleasant s'éclosent in them.
Oh! How beautiful you are, my country!
Chorus
Britain, land of the old Saints, Land of Bards,
There is no other country in the world I love more;
Every mountain, every valley is expensive to my heart. Y
sleep over a Breton hero!
Chorus
If formerly Britain fell during the great wars,
His language is kept alive forever,
His fiery heart trembles with her still.
You're awake now my Brittany! "

Why I mention this song, considered the anthem of Brittany, is simply because in addition to tea, Brittany is another of my passion. I do enjoy that rare (for the time it was by chance every 3 years so logically the next summer) during my trip to this magical region. Apart from these trips I can do this very life passion, but whenever I find myself in Britain is absolute happiness.

I still have a third passion, that I will tell you the next time.

How Much Does It Cost To Laminate And Bind

Genmaicha + some news

Hello,

We speak often of genmaicha , this Japanese green tea based Bancha or Sencha but also popcorn (popcorn) and puffed rice a amazing mix but really good.
short is spoken of as being a hot tea as good as cold and very refreshing. Hot but I knew I had never drank cold since I'm not fond of cold tea but the opportunity came to me and admire the transition, I prepare to take to go work, so I'll give you some news anymore after a week of work.
So my job, so I entered a factory Luxembourg as an electrician / electronics maintenance, the team is really nice, I'm starting to know some people. I'm doing some training at the moment and I am really very happy and I expect one thing, I finished the 3 month trial to be sure to stay as long as possible. Another advantage here you can eat or drink for the job (this was not where I worked before), I take this opportunity to explore my different teas iced tea, either flavored teas, but also my green tea (Chinese or Japanese) and my oolong, I'm sure I'll rediscover them differently and find little-known facets, but equally interesting.

In the coming days I will speak one of my last tasting, a pu-er cooked 1984, older than I drunk yet. I just need to redo a tasting faufiner some details.

soon friends

Ps: Feel free to leave a comment that always fun and it gives me an idea of how many visitors and "who" visit my blog.

Edit: I fixed 2 or 3 errors reported in the comments, thank you to those who are making me out.

Cubefield2 Coffy Table

Bamboo-pu-erh tea dishes cooked

Hello to you all but especially to you,

It was long, long time but even here a minutes of tasting and the little story that goes with this tea.

As its name suggests it is a could-er-er but it's been special since it is a pu-er smoked kept in a bamboo cane.

Where the idea came to me to buy it? I found the magic of tea in the little corner Namur Special Fanou to China where collected teas and accessories specific to China (gaiwan, boat, cups gfc but also some teas). Then I started and I did some shopping with a little tray that you can see on latest photos and the pu-er. Very skeptical in buying, I was expecting anything but something about what I was really hanging but I am adventurous and I like to challenge myself and find out.

What I thought? Well I start by giving you my account of tasting and I will explain later:

Prepared in a white porcelain gaiwan + or 10cl, BRITA filtered water + bamboo charcoal (see previous story), 4.5 g ( 1cm cane). The time is approximate as always. First
positive note, it holds well infusions, I chained 7 or 8 just before he too, Another advantage is it can compact gift can of leaves may break during the preparation.
one aromatic point of view I was surprised, it can be smoky and very good. We do not find absolutely no fault of cooked typical of poor quality and / or too young on the contrary, I rather cool and pierces even close to a vintage early 90s. I even asked if it was not a mixture raw / cooked since I found aromas typical of the two but the uniform color of the leaves but did not think that, if possible (I defer to more experienced than me) I even think that it would be cooked with fermentation artificial factory would not have been pushed, a cooked one can believe if you know what I mean;).
Otherwise I would have found a can of astringency and bitterness as a young vintage. The liquor was a dark amber color, very clear.

If I were to give a rating I would say 7 / 10, it does not break the shed but is still very interesting.
