As promised here is a new post in April 2, I'll tell you about two "teas" different tea with mint, well known and just as good and "tea" with ginger. Well known

the mint tea is a tradition in Morocco, it embodies the hospitality, local hospitality, wherever we go we are always greeted with a mint tea and it's a pleasure (except for those who do not like is evil spirit of the denied).
For those who want to know how to prepare my recipe here, adapted to suit your tastes of course. For
8 glasses of tea (the ability to mine, + or-50cl to confirm if you want) as a teaspoon of gunpowder green tea and one or two sprigs of fresh mint. Rinse your tea

Fill the pot with water, add mint and sugar (I put 4, adjust according to your tastes) and infuse + or-5 'you can infuse the rest if you drink alone or E if the teapot is not empty after have served everyone, I leave on average 20 to 30 minutes after.

Ginger tea is not actually an infusion of tea but I've tasted in a Chinese restaurant and it's really good. A little spicy original cares, I love but if you try for the first time you just hang on for the first cup, it surprises;)
How to prepare, peel your ginger root, cut into small pieces ( to assayed frankly, I infused into a small glass teapot I filled in at third to half), add boiling water and let infuse for a long time. Although sugar.

Here, with these two "teas" I offer an alternative to traditional teas, try this worth the trouble.
